About Future Forum
Future Forum was a consortium backed by Slack in partnership with Boston Consulting Group, MillerKnoll, and Management Leadership for Tomorrow.
From 2020 to 2023, Future Forum produced the Future Forum Pulse, a quarterly survey of 10,000+ desk workers around the globe.
We used that research to create playbooks designed to help decision-makers tackle real-world challenges like making hybrid work work and building for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and to write a best-selling book, How the Future Works, showcasing learnings and insights from organizations around the globe.
Our working groups, academic summits, and executive roundtable discussions brought leaders together to learn, network, and share best practices for redesigning work to be more flexible, inclusive, and connected.
Our founding partners
Alongside our founding partners, we worked with executives, thought leaders, and academics to publish research, case studies, playbooks, and reports that highlighted best practices and facilitated discussion about the future of work.
